What you will do

• Act as product owner for hirify.global’s finance systems, with deep ownership of NetSuite and BillingPlatform, including roadmap, prioritization, and system health.
• Lead the design and ongoing optimization of Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash, and Revenue Recognition processes in a SaaS environment.
• Partner closely with Accounting, Revenue Operations, and Finance leadership to ensure systems support financial operations.
• Drive automation and integrations to reduce manual effort, improve data quality, and accelerate close cycles.
• Ensure system configurations and workflows align with GAAP, SOX, and audit requirements.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of program managers, business analysts, and systems professionals.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in finance systems, enterprise systems, or business systems leadership within a SaaS or high-growth technology company.
• Deep, hands-on NetSuite experience, including ownership of core accounting and operational finance workflows.
• Strong experience with SaaS billing, usage-based or subscription models, and revenue recognition systems (BillingPlatform experience a plus).
• Proven "hit-the-ground-running" mindset with product management instincts, agile/scrum delivery experience, and strong stakeholder engagement.
• Operational finance mindset, understanding what Accounting and Revenue teams need to operate effectively.
• Familiarity with SOX, audit readiness, and finance controls in public or pre-public companies.
