What you will do

• Redefine First-Time Use (FTU) for the Enterprise by leading an AI-driven setup and customization experience.
• Build a True Open Platform by defining and scaling integration patterns.
• Design the AI/HI Collaboration Model to integrate human expertise and support into AI-driven workflows.
• Accelerate the strategy for AI-driven tailoring by crafting a platform approach for a personalized user experience.
• Own the rolling 12-month global roadmap for the IES platform and end to end experience.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure that core ledger capabilities, Fintech services, and partner integrations function as a single, cohesive experience for the enterprise customer.

Requirements

• 8+ years in Product Management, with a track record of leading platform-scale transformations.
• Deep experience productizing AI/ML to solve complex data challenges.
• Extensive experience building for a developer/partner ecosystem.
• Exceptional UX Vision with the ability to simplify enterprise complexity into hirify.globalive, AI-assisted journeys.
• Sophisticated understanding of large-scale business needs.
• Proven ability to navigate a matrixed organization.
