What you will do

• Develop and maintain open-source "showcase" applications (e.g., RAG pipelines, recommendation engines).
• Conduct research into emerging AI patterns (e.g., Long-context RAG, Agentic workflows) and prototype new hirify.global use cases.
• Produce educational resources, including deep-dive technical blog posts, video tutorials, and clear guides.
• Lead hirify.global’s presence at hackathons and workshops, organizing challenges and mentoring developers.
• Deliver compelling presentations and live coding sessions at conferences and workshops.
• Actively participate in the AI developer community on platforms like Discord, X, LinkedIn, and GitHub.

Requirements

• Strong coding background in Python, Rust, JavaScript, or Go.
• Genuine fascination with vector search, embeddings, and LLMs.
• Ability to explain technical architecture with clarity and enthusiasm, in writing or on stage.
• Plugged into (or eager to lead) the local tech community.
• Creative mindset for showing off technical features through code and storytelling.
• Self-starter who can work independently while maintaining deep empathy for developers.
