What you will do

• Resolve customer support tickets and ensure timely updates.
• Troubleshoot technical issues across SQL, Linux, networking, and VPNs.
• Collaborate with utility clients to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Provide after-hours and holiday support as required.

Requirements

• 4+ years’ experience in SQL, production environments, and client support.
• Knowledge of Linux OS support and network administration.
• Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle/PostgreSQL).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Cloud systems, Java/JSP/jQuery, or Salesforce admin.
• Exposure to the utility industry or Smart Grid.
• Background in ITIL/ITSM.
