What you will do
- Create a world-class support experience by interacting with clients daily and ensuring attention to detail and a friendly approach.
- Troubleshoot complex technical errors and relay customer feedback through enablement materials.
- Proactively develop product expertise by partnering with Product Managers to support customers on new feature rollouts.
- Reflect on and find solutions for current support opportunities, providing feedback and creative problem-solving.
