What you will do

• Perform regression testing to ensure system stability after changes.
• Redesign and update regression test cases for improved coverage and efficiency.
• Execute integration testing to validate data flow and interaction between existing systems.
• Analyze defects, identify root causes, and collaborate with development teams for timely resolution.
• Document test results, ensuring clarity, traceability, and reproducibility.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and use testing tools such as Siebel, OM, and SoapUI.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing, maintaining, and executing regression test suites.
• Ability to validate data and process flows across multiple interconnected systems.
• Practical experience working with Siebel CRM modules (especially Order Management (OM)).
• Understanding of OM processes and ability to validate end-to-end order flows.
• Ability to execute and validate API/WebService calls (SOAP/REST) using SoapUI.
• Familiarity with defect logging and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, ALM, Azure DevOps).

Nice to have

• Basic SQL for querying data to support validation during testing.
