What you will do
- Own manual and automated testing across the SDLC, collaborating closely with Software Engineers and Product Managers.
- Contribute to and expand automated test coverage within an agile team.
- Drive continuous improvement through POCs, refining QA processes, tools, and best practices.
- Investigate user-reported issues, perform hands-on technical testing, and manage bug reports.
- Develop deep product and domain knowledge, supporting engineers and promoting shared responsibility for quality.
Requirements
- Extensive QA experience across web/mobile applications, covering functional, regression, performance, exploratory, manual, and automated testing.
- Understanding of end-to-end impact, risk, dependencies, and pragmatic bug prioritisation for QA strategy.
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Appium, Postman, RestSharp, xUnit/NUnit) and REST API testing.
- Proficiency in C# (or similar OOP languages) and JavaScript/TypeScript, with solid SQL Server querying and scripting skills.
- Experience working in CI/CD environments, implementing continuous testing practices.
- Work in a hybrid model (2 days in office) in Porto Matosinhos, Portugal.
- English: B2 required.
