What you will do

• Design and build the 0→1 testing infrastructure, including manual test plans and cross-browser/cross-device validation.
• Partner with Growth PMs and Frontend Engineers to validate A/B tests and new features at high velocity.
• Own the testing lifecycle for growth features and web experiences, from functional and UI testing to API integrations and data privacy standards.
• Proactively identify UX friction points and edge cases from a user's perspective.
• Direct the process of identifying, documenting, and prioritizing bugs across the team.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in manual and automated testing for B2C mobile and web products.
• Understanding of the urgency of a launch and ability to pivot between deep-dive functional testing and rapid "sanity checks".
• Proficiency with modern QA tools (e.g., Playwright, Selenium, or Cypress), API testing (Postman), and mobile debugging tools (Xcode/Android Studio).
• Obsessive attention to detail, noticing pixel misalignments, off-brand hex codes, and missed edge cases.
• 0-1 Mentality, thriving in the build phase and excited about setting up Jira workflows, test repositories, and documentation.
• Empathetic testing, understanding users may be in a vulnerable state and testing for clarity, safety, and ease of use.
• Ability to use AI to enhance output, from scripting to visual assets.
