What you will do

• Build, maintain, and operate platform components used by multiple teams.
• Contribute to improving developer experience by providing reliable self-service workflows and clear abstractions.
• Work with Infrastructure as Code and GitOps workflows across the full lifecycle.
• Participate in the evolution of Kubernetes-based platforms, including multi-cluster and multi-region setups.
• Build and operate the service mesh layer, based on Istio.
• Take ownership of well-scoped problems and follow them through to production.

Requirements

• Experience working with cloud infrastructure and containerized environments.
• Good understanding of Linux, networking, and distributed systems basics.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code and Git-based workflows.
• Ability to debug issues methodically and reason about production systems.
• A proactive and collaborative mindset, comfortable asking questions and learning from others.
• Ownership attitude regarding the quality and reliability of what you ship.

Nice to have

• Experience with applied AI tools such as GitHub Copilot or ChatGPT.
• Curiosity and eagerness to explore and integrate emerging AI-driven solutions.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to debug code and streamline development.
• Adaptability and learning agility to new AI features and capabilities.
• Experience or interest in collaborating closely with AI tools as “pair programmers”.
