What you will do

• Design, train, and deploy ML solutions to create value for customers and colleagues.
• Gain nationally recognised degree-level qualification in areas like AI & Machine Learning Engineering and Data Engineering.
• Shape, test, and improve ML models, data pipelines, or automation solutions.
• Partner with product, operations, or customer-facing teams to identify problems AI can help solve.
• Trial and build AI assistants and knowledge tools to enable frontline or sales teams.
• Contribute to transformation programmes, tracking outcomes and risks.

Requirements

• Full UK Right to Work for the 30-month duration of the scheme is required; sponsorship is not offered.
• 5 GCSEs at grade 4-9 including Maths and English or SCQF 5.
• 2 A Levels in STEM subjects, grade C or SCQF Level 6.
• Demonstrate curiosity and a commitment to continuous learning.
• Exhibit adaptability, collaboration, and logical problem-solving skills.
• Possess proactive energy and ethical awareness in data and AI use.
