What you will do

• Develop ML-products and AI Lenses for hirify.global, focusing on image/video generation and editing, and LLMs.
• Build cutting-edge augmented reality experiences using generative and diffusion models.
• Work on state-of-the-art GenAI pipelines for image and video generation.
• Integrate ML models and AI APIs into production, refining them through A/B testing and user feedback.
• Evaluate open-source models and third-party AI APIs/services for build-vs-buy decisions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a technical field such as computer science, mathematics, or statistics, or equivalent experience.
• Research or engineering experience in neural rendering, generative models, segmentation, object detection, classification, tracking, or related ML applications.
• Experience with major deep learning frameworks like PyTorch or TensorFlow.
• Strong track record of software development in Python or C++.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.

Nice to have

• Master's degree or PhD in a related technical field.
• Experience developing real-time software for mobile applications.
• Knowledge of computer graphics foundations.
• Examples of your work such as open source projects, blog posts, Kaggle contests, or top conference/journal publications.
• Experience with visual Gen AI models for image and video generation and editing.
• Experience with evaluating the visual quality of image and video models.
