• Identify opportunities, scope improvement projects, and deliver changes that drive value for the business and customers.
• Work with stakeholders across operations, product, and commercial teams; use data to diagnose issues and track benefits.
• Lead or play a key role in cross-functional initiatives, presenting findings and recommendations.
• Gain nationally recognised continuous improvement and programme delivery certification.
• Rotate across key areas such as Customer Experience, Commercial Products, and Transformation Programmes.

Requirements

• 5 GCSE’s at grade 4-9 including Math’s and English or SCQF 5.
• 2 A Level’s –– grade C or above or SCQF Level 6.
• All applicants will need a full UK Right to Work for the duration of 37 months of their scheme.
• Eager to explore new technologies and methods.
• Comfortable with change and ambiguity.
• Works well in teams and across functions.
