What you will do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via calls, chats, and emails.

Requirements
- Fluent German and English communication skills (at C1 level or higher)
- 6+ months of experience in a customer support role.
- CRM systems expertise.
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills.
- Positive, proactive, and responsible attitude.
- Personal computer (at least 8Gb of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps–download and 40 Mbps–upload).
