TL;DR

Junior Test Engineer (AI): Designing, debugging, and correlating ATE hardware and software for high-speed optical PHY, Switch, and large high-power compute AI products with an accent on test program development and optimization. Location: Initially requires 3-month on-site training in Irvine, CA. Afterward, candidates will be deployed to one of hirify.global's standard Ops Engineering Sites across the globe. Applicants must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information, implying US work authorization (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals).

Salary: $64,700–$96,900 per annum

What you will do

  • Design, debug, and correlate ATE hardware and software.
  • Develop ATE test programs for high-speed 400G optical PHY, Switch, and large high-power compute AI products.
  • Optimize test time and yield for NPI plans.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related technical field.
  • 0-1 years of previous experience.
  • Proficient in C, C++.
  • Ability to work on-site in Irvine, CA for initial 3-month training.
  • Must be eligible to access U.S. export-controlled information (U.S. citizens, lawful permanent residents, or protected individuals).

Nice to have

  • Experience with Digital/Analog circuit fundamentals.
  • Software development experience in a general-purpose programming language.
