Salary: $112,100 - $154,200 USD annually

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals, ensuring high-quality product delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align on project requirements and quality expectations.
• Conduct risk analysis and mitigation planning to address potential quality issues.
• Perform hands-on technical QA across PC, consoles, and mobile devices.
• Ensure timely and high-quality milestone verification for projects.
• Cultivate transparent communication with teams and stakeholders regarding QA status.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Technical QA Analyst or similar role.
• 2+ years of experience in a leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of testing methodologies and experience with game engines (e.g., Unreal, Unity, Godot, REDkit).
• Ability to develop complex test strategies (integration, stress, performance).
• Experience using testing tools and defining debug needs (e.g., PIX captures).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in programming or scripting, preferably in C++ and/or Python.
• Using Postman or similar tools for API testing.
