What you will do

• Lead and support the team across all design stages, from ideation to usability testing.
• Coach and develop designers, fostering personal growth and a shared design vision.
• Represent UX within the product area, ensuring user needs and design strategy shape the roadmap.
• Champion simplicity and delight in the user experience.
• Leverage and evolve the Design System to ensure a cohesive user and brand experience.
• Facilitate ideation sessions and play an active role in user research and validation.

Requirements

• Extensive experience as a UX, Product, or Interaction Designer, with a strong track record of leading design in agile product teams.
• Proven ability to mentor and develop designers while adapting strategy and scope.
• Strength in concept and interaction design, with the ability to simplify complex systems.
• Experience in defining UX strategies, shaping roadmaps, and aligning stakeholders.
• Passion for user-centered design: plan and conduct usability tests and translate findings into actionable improvements.
• Proficient in both German and English.
