Senior UX Designer (AI): Redesigning high-impact, business-critical workflows for a flagship consumer platform with an accent on simplifying complexity and driving UX excellence. Focus on shaping platform architecture, integrating AI tools into the workflow, and collaborating with C-level stakeholders to influence product vision.

Location: Berlin, Germany. This is a hybrid role. Relocation support is available to Germany, with the possibility to work from abroad for a few weeks per year.

What you will do

• Redesign high-impact, business-critical workflows using methodologies like JTBD and heuristic evaluations.
• Lead design initiatives across web and mobile for search, listings, and transactions.
• Influence and evolve the product’s design system, COSMA, championing accessibility and scalability.
• Partner with leadership and C-level stakeholders to shape the platform vision and present design decisions.
• Integrate AI tools (Figma AI, ChatGPT, Claude) into the design workflow from ideation to prototyping.
• Design AI-powered features and interfaces ensuring a natural and trustworthy user experience.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years designing world-class digital products (mobile, tablet, desktop).
• A portfolio showcasing strong visual design, thoughtful interaction, and measurable business impact.
• Influential communication skills, confident presenting to C-suite and convincing stakeholders.
• Deep expertise in discovery practices like Design Sprints, Product Trios, and Working Backwards.
• Proficiency in Figma and passion for design systems.
• Demonstrated experience designing AI-powered features and integrating AI tools into workflow.
