What you will do

• Champion user-centered design across products, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and user-aligned experiences.
• Lead end-to-end UI for Libra’s legal platform, transforming complex legal workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
• Drive UI strategy from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, shaping systems and user journeys.
• Collaborate with engineers and legal experts to align product vision and feature execution.
• Build prototypes to validate interaction patterns and usability, and lead user research, testing, and analysis.
• Maintain and evolve the design system for scalable, complex interactions.

Requirements

• 6+ years designing complex digital products or tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive, user-centered design.
• Deep expertise in UI, interaction design, and inclusive design best practices.
• Skilled in building interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test behavior.
• Proven ability to collaborate with engineers on technically nuanced features.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
• Experience contributing to or guiding design systems in cross-functional teams.
• Fluent in English.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with agile workflows and close collaboration with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
• German language skills.
• Experience in legal tech or the legal industry.
