What you will do
- Champion user-centered design across products, ensuring intuitive, accessible, and user-aligned experiences.
- Lead end-to-end UI for Libra’s legal platform, transforming complex legal workflows into clear, usable interfaces.
- Drive UI strategy from concept to high-fidelity prototypes, shaping systems and user journeys.
- Collaborate with engineers and legal experts to align product vision and feature execution.
- Build prototypes to validate interaction patterns and usability, and lead user research, testing, and analysis.
- Maintain and evolve the design system for scalable, complex interactions.
Requirements
- 6+ years designing complex digital products or tools, with a strong portfolio showcasing interactive, user-centered design.
- Deep expertise in UI, interaction design, and inclusive design best practices.
- Skilled in building interactive prototypes to demonstrate and test behavior.
- Proven ability to collaborate with engineers on technically nuanced features.
- Excellent communication skills to clearly explain design rationale to diverse stakeholders.
- Experience contributing to or guiding design systems in cross-functional teams.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with agile workflows and close collaboration with PMs, engineers, and researchers.
- German language skills.
- Experience in legal tech or the legal industry.
