Location: Hybrid, in Eindhoven, Netherlands (1x per week at the office)

What you will do

• Translate product requirements into actionable technical plans, milestones, and implementation steps.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Designers, DevOps, QA, and other engineering teams to align on delivery.
• Take responsibility for the end-to-end delivery of your team’s projects.
• Write clean, scalable, well-tested Python code.
• Contribute to a distributed, event-driven architecture used by thousands of merchants.
• Improve observability, performance, and reliability across our systems and own what you build from code to production.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience with Python and frameworks like FastAPI or Django.
• Hands-on experience building and working with REST APIs.
• Experience writing code that’s always under test and in version control (Git).
• Experience with Linux and the command line.
• Mindset of designing code with production observability in mind.
• Experience developing distributed and scalable systems.
• Experience with at least one of the following: Docker, AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• English: B2 required (good written and verbal communication skills).
