What you will do

• Lead and contribute to business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.
• Contribute internally to campaign development, think-tanks, whitepapers, and practice development.
• Engage in learning and development opportunities to support career growth and skill demands.
• Lead project teams, collaborating with third-party vendors for successful project delivery aligned with client objectives.
• Present status updates and technical impacts effectively to stakeholders at all client levels.
• Translate technical changes into business-friendly artifacts to evaluate operational impacts.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), including implementation, integration, or upgrade projects.
• Proven project leadership skills, managing teams and third-party vendors.
• Skilled in stakeholder communication, presenting technical impacts to various client levels.
• Ability to translate technical changes into business-friendly artifacts for operational impact evaluation.
• Track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, with evidence of budgetary responsibilities.
• English: B2+ required.
