What you will do
- Lead and contribute to business development activities, including proposals, RFPs, bids, and client pitches.

- Engage in learning and development opportunities to support career growth and skill demands.
- Lead project teams, collaborating with third-party vendors for successful project delivery aligned with client objectives.
- Present status updates and technical impacts effectively to stakeholders at all client levels.
- Translate technical changes into business-friendly artifacts to evaluate operational impacts.
Requirements
- Strong understanding of Laboratory Information Management Systems (LIMS), including implementation, integration, or upgrade projects.
- Proven project leadership skills, managing teams and third-party vendors.
- Skilled in stakeholder communication, presenting technical impacts to various client levels.
- Ability to translate technical changes into business-friendly artifacts for operational impact evaluation.
- Track record in delivering projects on time and within budget, with evidence of budgetary responsibilities.
- English: B2+ required.
