TL;DR

What you will do

  • Write SQL queries and leverage analytics tools to create datasets and baseline reports for growth.
  • Partner with product and functional teams to deliver analyses, datasets, and metrics across the full consumer funnel.
  • Connect marketing channel performance with in-product behavior, conversion, and long-term customer value.
  • Build scalable dashboards and self-serve reporting for clear visibility into growth performance.
  • Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and risks across the growth funnel and support experimentation.
  • Act as a trusted analytics partner, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in Data Analytics, Growth Analytics, Marketing Analytics, or Product Analytics, or equivalent.
  • Strong SQL skills and experience with statistical analysis and modeling (e.g., Python, R).
  • Understanding of growth funnels and B2C customer metrics at a company that has achieved scale.
  • Hands-on experience with data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Amplitude, Heap) and visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Hex, Sigma, Tableau).
  • Proven ability to QA data and ensure accuracy, consistency, and trust in reporting.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights.

Nice to have

  • Experience in consumer growth, lifecycle, or marketing analytics at a high-growth tech company (B2C and B2B contexts).
  • Expertise with tools such as Hex, Looker, Snowflake, Sigma, Airflow, dbt, GitHub, AWS, Python, and AI-powered analytics tools.
  • Experience integrating and attributing data from marketing platforms.
