What you will do

• Partner with Engineering, Product, Business, and Finance teams to support banking operations.
• Participate in product task force meetings and contribute data-driven perspectives.
• Amend and optimize existing data pipelines and build new dashboards and reporting infrastructure.
• Investigate data discrepancies, resolve data quality issues, and provide timely support.
• Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of data definitions and methodologies.
• Present findings and recommendations to leadership, leveraging AI tools for analysis and insight generation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience writing complex queries in SQL, MySQL, or similar tools (Snowflake a plus).
• Expertise with BI tools such as Tableau, Mode, Looker, or Power BI.
• Hands-on experience building and maintaining data pipelines and designing ETL/ELT workflows.
• Experience supporting product teams and understanding the product development lifecycle.
• Ability to communicate technical findings in clear reports and executive-level presentations.
• Ability to translate technical findings into actionable business insights for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• B.A. or B.S. in a quantitative field (Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering Sciences).
• Familiarity with banking products, financial services, or the payments industry.
• Hands-on experience with Python and A/B testing methodologies.
