What you will do

• Supervise lighting and compositing aspects of projects, leading artists to achieve creative lighting goals.
• Report departmental and employee performance issues to Production & Heads of Department.
• Maintain effective client relationships and communicate feedback effectively.
• Manage the shots' rendering process to ensure successful episode delivery.
• Review artist work regularly and approve shots for submission to the Art Director.
• Assist in keeping the show within budget by managing assignments and necessary overtime.

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Maya, Nuke, and Arnold, with experience across lighting, rendering, and compositing pipelines.
• Proven ability to deliver high-quality look development, key lighting, and CG asset validation in a production environment.
• Strong understanding of shot continuity and render optimization.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and supporting lighting and compositing teams.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Comfortable working in high-pressure production scenarios, including overtime during key delivery periods.
