What you will do
- Plan and execute high-quality video podcast recordings, including equipment setup, lighting, and audio capture.
- Edit video and audio content, incorporating graphics, music, and branding for full-length and short-form deliverables.
- Develop and produce plans to expand the podcast lineup for emerging client segments and topics.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal hosts, subject-matter experts, and external guests.
- Support the wider Digital Media Team on broadcast-quality live webcasts and digital events.
- Ensure all content meets organizational standards and accessibility requirements.
Requirements
- Must have current work authorization for Canada.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in video production, digital media, or podcasting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Premiere, Audition, After Effects, and Photoshop.
- Strong knowledge of digital camera systems, studio lighting, and advanced audio capture.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Ability to provide a demo reel or work samples demonstrating production capabilities.
Nice to have
- Basic understanding of French.
- Experience in financial services or public institutions.
- Journalism or social media content creation background.
