What you will do

• Lead and develop the Workflow design team, setting clear goals and providing regular feedback.
• Shape Workflow Zone strategy, driving the vision for unifying code, no-code, and AI in the builder experience.
• Drive design quality and cohesion, establishing standards for a unified builder experience across products.
• Champion operational excellence, developing zone rituals and ensuring designers have the right processes and support.
• Navigate technical complexity across highly technical infrastructure and user-facing experiences.
• Advance AI-enabled design practices, helping the team leverage AI to speed up design exploration and identify customer opportunities.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product design experience, including 3+ years managing design teams working on complex, technical, or builder-oriented products.
• Portfolio demonstrating high-quality design work on workflow tools, developer platforms, or similarly complex systems.
• Systems thinker with technical depth, able to understand complex product ecosystems and partner effectively with engineers.
• Transformation-minded leader, able to lead teams through significant product or strategy shifts.
• Strong cross-functional partner, able to build trust with product and engineering leadership and influence zone strategy.
• AI-fluent in practice, embracing AI to accelerate design work and reshape product experiences and design processes.
