Location: Hybrid in Toronto, Canada (minimum 3 days a week in office)

Salary: $160,000–$170,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead a multidisciplinary team of UX and Product Designers.
• Guide and mentor UX and product design team members.
• Champion the user's perspective and ensure visual excellence and interaction elegance.
• Lead the integration of AI design principles and tools into projects.
• Develop AI-influenced user experiences leveraging machine learning and predictive personalization.
• Oversee multiple high-visibility client projects and evolve the UX and Product Design discipline.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years of related industry experience in UX, Product Design, Visual Design, Digital Product.
• 3+ years' experience in a supervisory/management role leading UX/Design teams.
• Demonstrated expertise in both UX/Product Strategy AND visual design/art direction with a strong portfolio.
• Proven experience designing with AI in mind and creating AI-powered user experiences.
• Exceptional storytelling and communication skills (verbal, written, and visual).
• Advanced proficiency in design and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, Principle, Axure) and Adobe Creative Suite.

• Familiarity with WCAG 2.0 A/AA standards and accessibility best practices.
