What you will do

• Manage customer test campaigns (SIT, UAT contact).
• Execute SIT tests and support testers in issue resolution.
• Provide test reporting for customers and management.
• Monitor defect deliveries and coordinate developer teams.
• Continuously improve test approaches and plan automation requirements.

Requirements

• Experience with test management in agile development.
• Strong structuring, negotiation, problem-solving, and technical skills.
• Experience with banking and hirify.global technologies.
• High level of empathy and hands-on mentality.
• Fluency in English (C1) with very good communication and presentation skills.
