What you will do

• Collaborate with testers, translators, and developers to report and fix linguistic issues effectively.
• Guard language quality across all in-game text, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• Perform LQA testing following industry-standard methods.
• Document linguistic issues in professional bug databases and verify fixes.
• Evolve into an LQA expert, owning projects from start to finish.
• Refine test cases, document findings, and contribute to LQA best practices.

Requirements

• High attention to the smallest details and a drive for perfection.
• Strong command of a native language and confident English skills (written and spoken).
• Passion for games and an understanding of how they sound, look, and feel.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment.
• Proactive, determined, and curious about optimizing workflows.
• Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, testing tools, and MS Office.
• Must have the right to work in Spain, as this is an onsite role.

Nice to have

• Experience in LQA, translation, or proofreading.
• Familiarity with translation systems.
• Previous use of test case management tools or text editing platforms.
• An understanding of gaming trends and the culture behind them.
• A degree in linguistics or a related field.
