What you will do

• Understand and influence Hotels product strategy, contributing to OKR and roadmap planning.
• Develop requirements and specifications based on product strategy, competitive positioning, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.
• Lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, from conception through launch to maturity and support.
• Work with business stakeholders to define and translate strategic business ideas into product stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage technical projects, track progress towards milestones, and oversee agile planning and development cycles.
• Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience.
• Strong technical skills, able to dive into APIs and software architecture discussions with engineering teams.
• Proven ability to create, analyze, and communicate analytics and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with various audiences.
• High attention to detail and ability to effectively lead multiple projects at a time.
• Proficiency with agile development.
• Ability to collaborate with a global team across multiple time zones.
• English: B2 required.
