• Manage production issues and customer support queries.

Requirements

• 3+ years' experience in Agile delivery environments.
• Curious product mindset and strong communication skills.
• Skilled facilitator driving outcomes through collaboration.
• Strong understanding of product tools, lifecycle, and practices.
• Customer-focused mindset with user empathy.
• English: B2 required.
