TL;DR

Technical Project Manager (Telco): Leading and coordinating the delivery of SW Telco solutions with an accent on design, integration, validation, and acceptance across multiple teams. Focus on project technical leadership, risk analysis, execution, and customer-facing activities in a multi-domain or complex project environment.

Location: Kyiv, Lviv, Odesa, Rivne, Ukraine

What you will do

Provide project technical leadership, setup, and planning.
Coordinate teams, perform project execution, and manage risk analysis & mitigation.
Conduct project status & reporting, including achievements, progress, results, issues, and next steps.
Engage in customer-facing activities and serve as an R&D interface.
Be responsible for technical review of relevant documentation (HLD/LLD/SVS-Test strategy/ATP/MOP).
Manage test and acceptance coordination.

Requirements

Experience within SW Telco solution development and/or integration.
Knowledge of Unix/Linux OS and Databases (Aerospike, MariaDB, Oracle, SQL).
Competence on TCP/IP & main standard Protocols (Diameter, HTTP2, SIP, SOAP-XML, SNMP).
Cloud knowledge (VNF, CNF) and related products or platforms like VmWare/Openstack.
Experience on Application integration projects, particularly in multi-Domain or complex projects.
Familiarity with Payment systems, Mobile Network Integration, VoLTE & IMS.

Nice to have

Basic knowledge of HSS/HLR, SDL, AUSF/UDM, EIR, One-MNP, One-NDS.
Project management / PMI certification.
