What you will do

• Provide day-to-day technical support for external partner stakeholders.
• Lead project plan development, including solution designs, timeline forecasting, and testing strategy.
• Develop integration support material and documentation for new product rollouts and feature updates.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering leadership to build out partnership roadmaps.
• Serve as an overarching SME and point of escalation for technical challenges.
• Maintain clear, professional communication with external partners to foster strong, long-term relationships.

Requirements

• 4+ years experience in a customer-facing engineering role (e.g., Solutions Engineering, Partner Engineering, Sales Engineering).
• Ability to read and understand multiple programming languages.
• Experience with long-term project planning and execution.
• Experience with Ecommerce technologies and data models.
• Thorough understanding of JSON, HTML, REST API, and Webhook technologies.
• Thorough understanding of integrating UX elements with backend services, frameworks, and 3rd party developer APIs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong project management skills.
