What you will do

• Lead infrastructure and operations management for hirify.global’s Scores Business Unit.
• Design, build, and maintain scalable and secure on-premise and cloud infrastructure.
• Serve as a central technical resource, diagnosing issues, optimizing performance, and implementing security best practices.
• Manage technical support operations, prioritizing and resolving incoming requests.
• Set up and maintain AWS services (IAM, IDC, CloudWatch) and administer Git/BitBucket repositories.
• Support MFT, Connect:Direct, and SFTP for client file transfers.

Requirements

• Demonstrated expertise in supporting Linux (Red-Hat) and Windows in hybrid on-premise and cloud environments.
• Proven ability to successfully manage AWS infrastructure, including application/web servers, databases, and monitoring tools.
• Programming proficiency in one or more shell languages (Shell scripts, Bash, PowerShell).
• Experience in supporting data center migrations (on-premise to cloud).
• Hands-on experience with infrastructure provisioning tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and Ansible.
• Understanding of fundamental technologies like DNS, Load Balancing, SSL, TCP/IP, networking, and security best practices.
