What you will do

• Design, implement, and improve practices for software deployments, performance monitoring, system logging, and optimization.
• Ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of global, cloud-hosted systems across self-hosted and cloud data centers.
• Partner with senior management and cross-functional teams to build and maintain resilient infrastructure support systems.
• Mentor Level I and II engineers, helping elevate team practices and technical excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Seven plus (7+) years of experience building and maintaining monitoring and observability systems.
• Seven plus (7+) years of experience working with Windows or Linux server operating systems.
• Seven plus (7+) years of experience working within a hosting environment as a Software Engineer, System Reliability Engineer, or Cloud System Engineer.
• Experience with security and compliance audits.
