What you will do

• Own and evolve DevOps and platform engineering functions including build/deployment pipelines, monitoring, and infrastructure as code.
• Design and maintain secure, scalable CI/CD pipelines to support rapid product iterations.
• Improve system observability using Datadog, GCP, and custom dashboards.
• Implement FinOps governance to drive cost accountability across engineering teams.
• Enable developer productivity by creating internal tooling and reusable modules.
• Help teams define and measure SLOs for system health and reliability.
• Serve as a FinOps thought leader, defining cost-effective architectural patterns.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, or software engineering roles, preferably in high-growth startup environments.
• Proficiency in Python or Go, with strong software engineering fundamentals.
• Proven ownership of production infrastructure and platform tooling, with strong debugging skills for distributed systems.
• Demonstrated experience in designing and implementing highly secure and robust infrastructure, especially in regulated environments.
• Deep experience with Kubernetes and tools like ArgoCD, Helm, and Terraform.
• Familiarity with GCP (preferred) or other major cloud providers, with a deep focus on cloud cost management.
• Hands-on experience with observability tools like Prometheus or Datadog, and participation in an on-call rotation.

Nice to have

• Experience with FedRAMP certification.
