What you will do

• Conduct in-depth analysis of incidents (MAINS) for all CIA squads, identifying anomalies, providing clarifications, and issues root-causes.
• Follow up and address potential changes to the root cause of identified issues, tracking implementation to ensure feature correctness.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with CX, Service Desk, and Operations to address potential feature issues.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Tech Leads, and Product Designers to raise and discuss product opportunities.
• Ensure that services, processes, findings, analysis, and resolutions are comprehensively documented for later tracking and pattern analysis.
• Propose process changes when such opportunities are identified.

Requirements

• Knowledge of internal business workflow.
• Experience with SQL technology such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Proficiency in Excel (core functions such as Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, SUMIF).
• Intermediate English proficiency, comfortable communicating and writing in a professional setting.
• Prior experience with SQL and analytical skills are mandatory.
