Salary: 80 - 120 PLN Net +VAT per hour

What you will do

• Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
• Translate business needs into clear user stories, workflows, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Developers, and Data teams.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions, and stakeholder interviews.
• Analyze business processes and identify optimization opportunities.
• Support product delivery throughout the entire lifecycle.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst (preferably in digital/IT/consulting projects).
• Product management or technical background.
• Experience in digital product development (web/mobile).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Very good command of English, and Polish (spoken and written)

Nice to have

• Background in consulting, UX research, or data analysis.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Miro, and Figma
• IIBA certification or similar
