What you will do
- Manage and grow relationships with enterprise customers as their main point of contact.
- Identify new business opportunities within existing and new accounts and drive long-term value.
- Understand client needs and align them with the right technology and licensing solutions.
- Lead commercial discussions, guide customers through renewals, and deliver clear presentations or workshops.
- Collaborate closely with internal delivery, operations, and vendor teams.
- Stay informed about Microsoft and other major vendors’ portfolios, industry trends, and market developments.
- Maintain accurate forecasts and consistently achieve sales goals.
Requirements
- Experience in enterprise sales, ideally in software, cloud, or IT services.
- Proven ability to manage accounts and build relationships at all levels, including C-level.
- A consultative mindset to propose smart, value-driven solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Fluent Ukrainian and good English (spoken and written).
- Strong organizational skills and comfort working in a fast-paced, international setting.
