Junior Product Manager (Fintech)

TL;DR

Junior Product Manager (Fintech): Assisting the Product Manager for Payments in day-to-day delivery and coordination, taking ownership of small projects such as bug fixes and support flows. Focus on collaborating with Product, Engineering, Support, and Finance, and using data to track performance and propose improvements.

What you will do

• Investigate and help resolve product bugs related to payments.
• Design, test, and productionize new customer support flows for payments.
• Perform light software testing of new features and flows.
• Assist in organizing and coordinating product experiments, promotions, and rollouts.
• Prepare simple reports, dashboards, and summaries for the Product Manager and stakeholders.
• Communicate with payment processors and other external partners on operational issues, incidents, and resolutions.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project management, operations, support, or a product-adjacent role in a software/SaaS environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, comfortable with numbers and Google Sheets/Excel.
• Basic understanding of database structures and the ability to write simple SQL queries.
• Fluent English and at least one of: Spanish, Polish, Italian, or Brazilian Portuguese.
• Understands internet and e-commerce basics: online flows, checkouts, subscriptions, and refunds.
• Basic understanding of financial concepts: card payments, accounts, transfers, and settlements.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with tools such as MySQL, DataGrip, or similar database clients.
• Experience in a customer-facing or operations team (support, sales, customer success).
• Any exposure to fintech or payments.
