Salary: $152,660 - $214,475

What you will do

• Actively engage in the full project lifecycle across the stack, from conception to deployment and iteration.
• Collaborate with backend engineers, product owners, and designers to develop efficient and innovative solutions.
• Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
• Design and develop interfaces and integration architecture.
• Document technical interface requirements and convert specifications into technical designs.
• Optimize application performance and responsiveness.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience crafting user-friendly applications and services.
• Extensive experience integrating with third-party vendors and designing efficient integration frameworks.
• Skilled in crafting RESTful APIs and mentoring fellow engineers.
• Solid grasp of software development fundamentals, including data structures, algorithms, and design patterns.
• Familiarity with protocols like SOAP, REST, and GraphQL, along with server-side languages like SQL.
• Ability to communicate technical ideas in easy-to-understand terms.

Nice to have

• Experience with React/Typescript.
• Experience in AI, legal tech, and social impact projects.
