What you will do

• Troubleshoot applications, services, and infrastructure issues reported by end-users.
• Verify and document issues and bugs for accurate tracking and escalation.
• Manage incidents, including communication with stakeholders and coordination with development teams.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering teams to establish support workflows and monitoring plans.
• Perform on-call rotation (out of hours) to address high-severity incidents and critical issues.

Requirements

• Experience providing Level 2 (L2) support in a tech-driven business environment.
• Proficient problem-solving skills and strong technical troubleshooting abilities.
• Software development experience, particularly with Python.
• Strong desire to identify and resolve root causes, systematically preventing issues from recurring.
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills.
• English proficiency is required.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with AWS and/or Google Cloud, and Linux administration.
• Knowledge of Spanish or Portuguese.
• Additional skills in Salesforce Administration, Agile methodologies, Continuous Integration, Frontend Development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript), PostgreSQL, and Observability.
