What you will do

• Enhance our extensive data model landscape to improve performance and accelerate insights.
• Design and optimize data models and table structures for efficient data consumption.
• Participate in capacity planning for future data growth and evolving business requirements.
• Contribute your expertise to shape a robust data platform within a skilled team.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to develop high-performance ELT pipelines, prioritizing data quality and reliability.
• Work with DBT, Google Cloud, Big Query, and Looker as the main tech stack.

Requirements

• Experience with modern data architectures (data mesh, data fabric, lakehouse).
• Strong working knowledge of database technologies and cloud data platforms, specifically Google Cloud.
• Experience designing and implementing real-time or streaming data architectures.
• Familiarity with data cataloging and lineage tools.
• Proven track record of successful data architecture implementations in complex environments.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Comfortable with APIs and preferably knowledgeable about LLMs and working with raw text data.
