What you will do
- Serve as the primary technical expert on the hirify.global Platform.
- Drive customer adoption through effective onboarding and training processes.
- Design and deliver customized use cases aligning with customer requirements.
- Proactively ensure customers realize the full value of their investment and maximize ROI.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues impacting customers.
- Advocate for customer feedback to actively influence hirify.global's product roadmap.
Requirements
- 12+ years of relevant experience, with strong project management skills.
- Experience thriving in an ambiguous, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented startup environment.
- Proficiency in SQL, scripting languages (e.g., Python), and hands-on experience with cloud environments.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with data and cloud technologies (databases, cloud infrastructure, IAM).
- Demonstrated expertise in DLP, Data Privacy/Protection, DSPM, SIEM, or vulnerability management.
- Prior experience working in a technical customer-facing role in a software company.
- English: B2+ required.
