What you will do

• Perform QA reviews of EDD and screening cases ensuring compliance with guidelines.
• Provide feedback to agents to support performance improvement.
• Assist in refining complaints review processes and conduct root cause analysis.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance complaints handling efficiency.
• Balance and prioritize multiple QA tasks for timely completion.
• Support troubleshooting and resolution of complex EDD and screening cases.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in QA, audit, or compliance testing in financial services.
• Experience with AML systems and knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with global partners and independently with limited direction.
• Intermediate to advanced skills in PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.

Nice to have

• ACAMS certification.
• Experience in crypto exchanges, payments, trading operations, or technical support.
• Project management, analytics, or quality assurance experience.
• Advanced degree in business, finance, or legal.
• Advanced knowledge of Google apps, JIRA, and Salesforce Service Cloud.
