Solutions Architect (AI): Partnering with Account Executives and Executive Leadership to communicate and demonstrate the value of hirify.global's generative AI technology to the market, developing a deep understanding of customer problems and mapping them to hirify.global solutions with an accent on enabling and accelerating partners' customers. Focus on deploying customer pilots that showcase the business value of the technology to strategic enterprise and government customers and translating business objectives into technical solutions.

hirify.global is training and deploying frontier models for developers and enterprises who are building AI systems to power magical experiences like content generation, semantic search, RAG, and agents.
What you will do
- Lead the technical track on customer calls and deep dives on customer queries and hirify.global technology.
- Design enterprise architectures for North deployments and facilitate customer evaluations and pilots.
- Develop and document processes to enable the solutions architect team and adjacent teams to scale effectively within hirify.global.
- Collaborate with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure our offering matches the customers’ needs.
- Work closely with our partners to develop a strategy for enabling and accelerating their customers.
- Own the technical relationship with our stakeholders, collaborating to understand their business objectives and translate them into technical solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of customer-facing technical pre/post sales Solutions Architect/Solutions Engineer/Sales Engineer/Customer Engineer (or similar) experience.
- A passion for Generative AI, and an understanding of strengths and weaknesses of Generative LLMs and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with foundational ML concepts (training, evaluation, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills - you can toggle seamlessly between presenting to CEOs, and getting in the weeds with technical audiences.
- Comfortable working with Python and Jupyter Notebooks.
- Exceptional communication skills in Korean and business proficiency in English.
Nice to have
- 2+ years architecting or deploying NLP/AI/LLM Solutions.
- Experience customising models for specific business/organizational objectives
- Experience architecting or deploying in cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure, OCI)
