Vacancy: Sales Manager at ITS

Responsibilities:
• Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation to contract closing.
• Develop and implement sales strategies, engaging key stakeholders.
• Identify and attract new enterprise clients in IoT, Cloud, Smart Home, and AI sectors.
• Present ITS’s capabilities (embedded, cloud, web) to C-level executives and technical stakeholders.
• Work closely with engineering teams to align technical solutions with client needs.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.
• Represent the company at international conferences and industry events.

• Proven B2B sales experience in IT outsourcing or software development.
• Experience working with European and/or US markets.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English (C1).

Nice to have:
• Ability to translate complex technical solutions into business value.
• Experience selling IT services to Western clients.
• Knowledge of Belarusian, Polish, Ukrainian, or Russian is a plus.
