Salary: $330,950–$383,120 USD annually.

• Define and execute the product roadmap for the Audio, Video, and Communications team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
• Drive business outcomes by increasing the quality of user experience and engagement.
• Steer cross-functional teams to deliver innovative features that delight users and streamline creator workflows.
• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback and prioritize improvements.
• Leverage user empathy, UX insight, and a data-informed approach to identify opportunities for product optimization and growth.

Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a product manager, preferably in audio, video, or communication software.
• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a similar technical field.
• Demonstrated technical knowledge in interactive audio, content creation workflows, video streaming, or voice communication protocols.
• Expertise in presenting clear business cases and creating detailed product specifications.
• A history of successfully collaborating with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to deliver complex, technical products on time.
• Must be able to work hybrid from San Mateo, CA, United States.
