What you will do

• Design, develop, and deliver end-to-end Salesforce features including analysis, UI components, customization, testing, release, and support.
• Implement Salesforce Lightning components and manage SFDC data to ensure high-quality user experience and system performance.
• Lead Salesforce DevOps practices, build automation frameworks, and create test strategies to improve deployment efficiency and code quality.
• Troubleshoot application issues, monitor system performance, and drive continuous improvements through innovation and process optimization.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, maintain clear documentation, and actively participate in Scrum ceremonies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience with deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Proven ability to design and implement complex Salesforce solutions, including custom applications, integrations, and performance optimizations.
• Strong knowledge of integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events), OOP principles, design patterns, and modern web technologies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, effectively partnering with cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Advanced Salesforce expertise demonstrated through Platform Developer II (or similar) certification, with familiarity across key Clouds.
• Experience working in regulated or SaaS environments with exposure to broader development and architecture best practices.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum).
