Salary: $128,000-145,000 CAD

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end design of Sales Cloud features, focusing on enterprise-scale performance.
• Develop and maintain Apex Trigger Frameworks, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Custom APIs optimized for SOQL limits.
• Ensure data quality, security, and compliance using profiles, permission sets, and sharing rules.
• Conduct code reviews and provide technical mentorship.
• Operate in high-velocity Scrum environments and document complex solutions.

Requirements

• 8+ years of Salesforce platform experience, with emphasis on Sales Cloud lifecycle and business processes.
• Strong experience designing and implementing Salesforce Apex Trigger Frameworks.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing model.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce DevOps and CI/CD tools like Gearset/Copado.
• Strong experience documenting solutions and good communication skills.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with Agentforce, building Prompts and AI-driven automation.
• 1+ years of experience in Java or Python.
• Demonstrates curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies.
