What you will do
- Understand business requirements and conduct feasibility analysis for Salesforce solutions (Sales Cloud, Experience Cloud, Omnistudio, LWC, JavaScript, Conga Composer).
- Implement, integrate, and maintain Salesforce CRM solutions, including architecture, design, system testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Estimate development effort, perform code reviews, and ensure adherence to SFDC coding standards and best practices.
- Lead documentation of technical requirements, architecture, and design for Salesforce deployment and integration.
- Communicate technical progress and risks to stakeholders and coordinate onshore/offshore development teams.
- Design and mentor the team in technical solutioning using Salesforce OOB functionality (custom objects, workflows, security, reports, dashboards, Flow Builder, Apex).
Requirements
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience working on the Salesforce platform.
- Experience with Conga Composer, Experience Cloud, and Omnistudio.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce OOB functionality and security features (Roles, Profiles, Permission Sets, OWD, Sharing Rules).
- Experience in application customization and development, including Lightning pages, Lightning Web Components, Aura Components, and Apex.
- Proficiency in Salesforce integration using APIs (SOAP, Rest API).
- Knowledge of deployment activities (CI/CD) and tools like Data-Loader, ANT, Workbench, GIT, Bit-Bucket.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- LWC (JavaScript) experience.
- 4-6 years of end-to-end implementation projects experience.
